
John Lauck
President and CEO
John Lauck was named president and CEO of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in January 2011.
Lauck most recently served as Co-CEO of Mrs. Fields Famous Brands and brings extensive leadership, innovation, operations and marketing experiences to his current position.
In addition to his role at Mrs. Fields, Lauck served as president and chief marketing officer for Arby’s. He has also served in senior marketing roles at PepsiCo/PizzaHut, General Mills, Blockbuster and Footaction.
John received his BA and MBA from Brigham Young University.
Jenni Debartolo
Chief People Officer
Jenni DeBartolo is the Chief People officer for CMN Hospitals. In her current role she oversees all employee development and human resource functions.
Jenni has been with CMN Hospitals since 1998 and has served in a variety of capacities. Prior to her current role in human resources, she worked closely with the executive team, CEO and Board of Trustees in an administrative role.
Before joining CMN Hospitals, Jenni worked in human resources at several different organizations.
Jenni attended Utah Valley University and University of Utah. She also has a SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certificate from the Society For Human Resource Management.
John Hartman
Chief Operating Officer, Canada
John Hartman is the Chief Operating Officer, Canada for CMN Hospitals. In John’s current capacity, he oversees all operations, planning, management and aspects of the business operations in Canada.
John joined CMN Hospitals in 2004 to head up the Canadian Operations and for a brief period led our international efforts in the UK, Ireland and Australia.
Prior to joining CMN Hospitals, John held a number of senior positions with United Way as well as spending four years heading up the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s Canadian fundraising team.
John is a graduate of University of Waterloo, Ontario.
Craig Sorensen
Chief Concept Officer
Craig Sorensen is the Chief Concept Officer for CMN Hospitals. In Craig’s current capacity he oversees awareness efforts, community development, and cause innovation strategies.
He has been employed with CMN Hospitals for 14 years and has spent 10 years on the executive management team. He has been instrumental in increasing CMN Hospitals’ visibility and has forged many partnerships with organizations including the PGA Tour, News Corporation and U.S. News & World Report.
Craig received his BA and MBA from Brigham Young University.
Clark Sweat
Chief Corporate Partnership Officer
Clark Sweat is the Chief Corporate Partnership Officer for CMN Hospitals. Prior to his employment at CMN Hospitals, Clark founded a cause marketing consultancy, Cause 4 Good, to assist non-profits and corporations in developing innovative and effective cause marketing campaigns. Prior to forming Cause 4 Good, Clark was the Executive Director of International Development at ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Before joining St. Jude, Clark spent 12 years at CMN Hospitals and was responsible for developing more than 75 corporate partnerships.
Clark has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah and an EMBA from the University of Memphis.
