In 2008, Pizza Pizza became an important member of the Children's Miracle Network family. This much-loved Canadian pizza chain hosted two Cheese for Charity Day fundraisers in Ontario and Quebec, where participating restaurants offered specially-priced slices and medium-sized pizzas to raise money for its Slices for Smiles Fund in support of Children's Miracle Network hospitals. The results were as fulfilling as the food Pizza Pizza serves!

Today, Pizza Pizza and the newly acquired Pizza 73 chain that operates in BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan to partner with Children's Miracle Network through their Slices for Smile campaigns that take place in April and October of every year. Locations across promote certain pizzas for their week to 10-day campaigns, with a percentage of proceeds benefitting Children's Miracle Network.

Pizza Pizza has also begun an annual Pizza Pizza Classic Golf Tournament which takes place in the summer to benefit Children's Miracle Network.
